Cultural Activities
We celebrate all nationally important days like Independence Day, Republic Day, Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day etc. Other cultural activities include recitation, dance, songs, debate, Mehandi, Rakhi and drawing competitions etc. Which are held here throughout the academic session.
Twice in year we arrange Art and Craft workshop which is undertaken by expert teachers in this senior school also organise “Best out of waste” event. Students show their creativity with force dedication. School offers activity oriented education and has enough co-scholastic activities to provide happy environment full of fun and amazing experiences.
Sports
Sports activities are the center of attraction in our school. Playgrounds of Kho-Kho, Badminton, Netball, Football, Volleyball, Kabaddi and Cricket are available for all. Our school Boys & Girls participate in many games at district, state and national level and win medals.
Sports are a very significant part of an exemplary education system. We believe in expressing equal attention to sports as compared to the academics. At Our School, we provide the opportunity to both play and learn various sports like Badminton, Basketball, Football, Cricket, Skating, Karate, Table Tennis, Hockey etc. We constantly work on introducing new sports in our school as according to us, sports are extremely important for holistic development of ones personality as it strengthens a person both physically and mentally, in addition to teaching them to be focussed and disciplined.
Playground
Playgrounds provide the opportunity for children to practice skills that will ultimately play a role in adult competencies such as the ability to collaborate with others, develop decision making skills, and successfully take on leadership roles, persevere in the face of distractions, and generate creative ideas.
Personal files of the students are maintained from the day the child is admitted to the schools. This helps the teachers and the student counselor make a personal profile of each child and tap his potential from time to time.
Information Technology
The program in Information Technology has been offered at Our School to facilitate he use of IT in educational system. The program is offered at all levels in school. It encompasses applications in computer, communications, networking and multi-media. The program is intended to provide students, skills and expertise them in computer and computer-related information technology. It helps to develop the students with continued professional development in a wide variety of educational context. It instills the students with research expertise in practical usage of information technology. To encourage cognitive learning in our education system, we emphasis information technology for all students.
A good number of computers with modern and new equipment’s are available for students & staff in our computer room.
Well-Equipped Laboratories
The school science laboratories are places where our children gain hands-on experience. Separate Physics, Chemistry, and Bio laboratories offer an experience conducive to learning for secondary students.
The laboratories are well equipped and provide for not only the prescribed syllabus but much the beyond. Learning by doing is the mantra which forms the underlying theme on which these laboratories function. Students are taught various scientific concepts through demonstrations as well as by doing. School is well-structured educational institute formed with various Labs for practical exposure to students. Our labs include Computer Lab, Science Lab, Maths lab & English Language Lab. These subjects are taught in all sections of the school and the labs are equipped with all resources and facilities. There are varieties of special educational programs installed at each lab respective of the learning methods.
